My work focuses not on nature itself but my emotional response to it
Most artworks are displayed in some pattern, rhythm or repetition,
appealing to the basic rhythm of life; the heartbeat.
For me , being an artist means that it affects every part of my life,
my creativity cannot be turned off, whether I am working in the studio or walking on the beach.
I use all my senses when exploring a subject,
and I paint, sculpt, photograph, install, touch, listen and taste when
examining a subject.’
